"I needed to add to my prior review. I have been working with Isabella Leite Da Silva to update my auto policy and as expected, she provided 5 Star customer service. Thank Isabella Leite Da Silva! Great company, great agent and excellent staff! Recently I worked directly with Crystal & Shelby to follow up on my Drive Safe and Save discount we have an imported mini truck which uses Kilometer for the odometer and speedometer. The Drive Safe and Save app doesn’t like the use of kilometers so I have one of them update the system on our behalf to ensure we get the best discount based on our driving habits. We recently spoke with Mr Patterson and his staff when they were visiting the local community. They were so pleasant to talk with. They always make us feel valued! Had another great experience today - Thank you Shelby!"
