I have always known Crystal was a great agent but today she proved to be an amazing one!! When another State Farm employee messed my daughters VIN up which in turn got my husbands license suspended Crystal was here to help!!! Even though she wasn’t my daughter’s representative at the time (she is now!!!) she stepped up and got the problem fixed! Even the DMV lady said she was an angel to work with! 5 star service all the way!!

Crystal was immediately responsive and solved a frustrating problem I was having with a bank concerning proof of insurance. Thank you Crystal!
